Adult Advanced Improv

After Improv Fundamentals, students invariably ask "What's Next? That's easy - why Main Stage Improv's Advanced Improv class. This class is a deeper dive into fun advanced Improv games for the stage. More games = more fun. For their graduation, students will perform in their very own 2 hour improv show! Garrett Gray is the Director of “Main Stage Improv.” Garrett has trained at The Second City Chicago, Laugh Out Loud Schaumburg, and Comedy Sportz. Garrett is a co-founder of the Yes And Toastmasters Club in Bolingbrook which combines improv with public speaking.

Garrett W. Gray, P.E. has given two (2) TEDx talks at TEDxIIT and TEDxTinleyParkPublic Library (both in 2016), Given various Keynote Speeches, hosted Public Access TV in Tinley Park, has DJed on the Beatles Channel on Sirius XM, and won many Speaking awards, and even testifies in court as an Expert Witness for Engineering malpractice cases. Garrett is currently the Speech Coach for all the 15 speakers in the upcoming TEDx Tinley Park event on October 4, 2026 at the Tinley Park High School.
