Kevin Hickey

Kevin Hickey was introduced to the world of slapstick at a young age. By 4 years old they discovered how to perform some different stunts including running into walls and blocking with their hand before falling flat onto the ground. Kevin studied from the greats, and recreated scenes over and over from the likes of Dick Van Dyke, Lucille Ball, Three Stooges, Charlie Chaplin, Daniel Stern, and so much more. (Even took Taekwondo to be more like Jakie Chan) As Kevin got older, the stunts became more intense, such as, recreating pro-wrestling moves with friends, or making home movies in the style of Jackass. Continuing to be a student of comedy, Kevin began doing standup in 2007, as well as creating and performing a sketch comedy for a public access channel in high school. After a few years of doing comedy on stage alone, Kevin decided it was time to learn more and became a student at IO. Kevin even had a small stint in professional wrestling training. (Still holding on hope that they get to have at least one match) While Kevin has a lifetime of taking bumps, they hope to pass on abilities so that, not only you won't hurt yourself, but also gain the courage to leap (and flop).
